Assistant Producer / Producer

About the role

We are seeking a mindful and creative Assistant Producer/Producer to develop, manage, and deliver meetings and events programmes for private‑sector clients in an international environment. The role combines project ownership, stakeholder management, and financial oversight to ensure impactful experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage virtual, hybrid, and live events, handling planning, budgeting, itinerary building and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify upsell opportunities while delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Conduct internal pre‑event briefings and post‑event debriefings with data analysis and market intelligence.
• Represent the agency at industry events, exhibitions and social gatherings.
• Design and delegate operational roles within event teams, mentor and coach team members.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor satisfaction.
• Negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, raise invoices and ensure profitability.
• Maintain project management tools such as PMT and Clockwork.

Required profile

• Fluency in English with the ability to present to all management levels.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production or related fields.
• Detail‑oriented, passionate about creative event experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PMT (project management tool).
• Proficiency with Clockwork (event management software).
