Associate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution (General Commercial)

About the role

Allen & Gledhill LLP is seeking a motivated associate with 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. You will work on Singapore‑based and cross‑border commercial disputes across a variety of sectors, gaining hands‑on exposure to substantive and procedural matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft advice, correspondence and court submissions for commercial disputes.
• Manage case progress and timelines across multiple matters.
• Conduct procedural and simple substantive hearings under senior supervision.
• Advise and represent clients on employment, health & safety, and environmental issues.
• Assist healthcare professionals in negligence claims, disciplinary proceedings, and coroner inquiries.
