Associate Legal Counsel

About the role

Dynamite Games is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to build and lead the legal function across its multi‑entity group. The role is based in Singapore and works closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regulatory matters, licensing applications, renewals and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Advise on corporate structure, governance and support M&A or restructuring activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate B2B licensing, marketing and vendor agreements.
• Manage intellectual property strategy and oversee data‑protection compliance.
• Establish group‑wide compliance frameworks, handle disputes, litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Build legal processes, templates and conduct in‑house training for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree from a recognised university and qualified lawyer in Singapore, Malaysia, the UK or another common‑law jurisdiction.
• 4–6 years of legal experience, including law‑firm or in‑house work.
• Strong knowledge of IP/TMT, regulatory regimes and licensing processes.
• Proven commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills, preferably in technology or gaming.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
