Barista – Full-time Café Position

About the role

Buzzed Collective is looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join its on‑site team in Singapore. You will be part of a community‑focused café that serves high‑quality coffee and food while delivering genuine hospitality to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks and other beverages to order.
• Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Greet guests, take orders, handle payments and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist with light food preparation and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Restock supplies, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and support opening and closing duties.

Required profile

• Clear communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to collaborate in a diverse team.
• Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is an advantage.

Required skills

• Espresso machine operation.
• Basic coffee preparation techniques.
