Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth of Fullerton Health’s suite of healthcare solutions across corporate clients, insurers and employee‑benefits brokers. The role blends client relationship management, new‑business acquisition and project delivery to expand market share and enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, insurers and benefits brokers as the primary relationship manager.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders through regular engagement and business reviews.
• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and broker networks.
• Lead end‑to‑end business development processes, including proposal development, pricing input, presentations and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams to structure competitive solutions and win new business.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and implementation of new services or benefit enhancements.
• Monitor account performance against contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs, and provide value‑added recommendations.
• Conduct regular business reviews, presenting performance metrics and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay abreast of developments in healthcare, employee benefits and the insurance landscape to identify emerging opportunities.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration to deliver integrated healthcare solutions that address client needs.
