Business Development Manager – Chinese Speaker

About the role

IronFX is seeking a Business Development Manager who is fluent in Chinese to expand its presence in the FX market. You will work closely with internal teams to identify and secure new partnership opportunities, while representing the brand on international business trips.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective partners, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage existing partner networks to generate new business.
• Travel to promote the brand, raise awareness and build a partner pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and contribute to overall company performance.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in the FX industry.
• Native or fluent Chinese language skills.
• Portfolio of existing contacts is a plus.
• Banking or PSP experience is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building track record.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
