Business Development Manager - Outsourcing Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth for our Technology Services & Outsourcing division. The role will focus on creating new opportunities, expanding existing enterprise accounts, and promoting managed service solutions to public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise and public sector accounts.
• Build relationships with IT, Operations, Procurement and Business stakeholders.
• Drive the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and lead commercial discussions.
• Expand existing customer accounts through cross‑selling and upselling.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and project teams to design tailored customer solutions.
• Participate in tenders, RFPs and deliver solution presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Experience in IT services, managed services, outsourcing, system integration or workforce solutions preferred.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in new business development and account growth.
