Business Development Representative – Remote (Singapore)

About the role

Telnyx is looking for a Business Development Representative based in Singapore to drive new business across Singapore, Southeast Asia and the broader APAC region. This remote position is a key part of the company’s regional growth strategy, focusing on prospecting and building early‑stage relationships for voice, messaging, wireless and networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails and social outreach across APAC.
• Initiate contact with potential customers, build strong early‑stage relationships and secure meetings.
• Understand customer needs and clearly articulate how Telnyx’s technology solves real problems.
• Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and collaborate on sales strategies.
• Log activity and insights in Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility.
• Continuously learn the product suite and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to messaging, outreach tactics and market positioning for APAC.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation or business development (SaaS or telecom experience a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
