Campus Director

About the role

JLL is hiring a Campus Director in Singapore to lead the delivery of workspace and site services across a large, complex client campus. The role ensures operational excellence, a high-quality employee experience and strong alignment with client expectations, leading a team of over 15 specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15+ specialists, coach and mentor staff, run 1:1s, and partner with internal COEs and HR on workforce planning, hiring and talent development
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, deliver integrated outcomes with account leadership, workplace teams and partners such as food services, security and IT, and achieve contractual KPIs and SLAs
• Own annual operating budgets, support monthly forecasting, track spend, oversee financial controls and report transparently on trends, risks and variances
• Develop and standardize operating procedures, support space planning, capital works, moves, adds and changes, and workplace projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and risk requirements, and support user experience programs, technology rollouts and training
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, drive vendor governance, monitor spend and support strategic sourcing and procurement

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities, workplace, campus or portfolio operations in a complex multinational environment
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, service providers and vendors in a matrixed, client-facing setting
• Strong stakeholder management, written communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing vendor performance, contracts, sourcing and service delivery against KPIs and SLAs
• Knowledge of local health, safety and risk requirements in Singapore, including manager accountability for safe systems of work and incident response
• Preferred: degree or professional qualification in facilities management, engineering, property, workplace management, hospitality or a related discipline; experience in a technology, corporate campus or high-touch client environment

The position is on-site in Singapore.
