Carrier Account Manager – Sales (Singapore)

About the role

Apple is looking for a Carrier Account Manager to lead the strategic relationship with one of its Singapore carrier partners. You will be responsible for driving joint business growth across Apple’s product and services portfolio while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and carrier executive leadership.
• Create and execute account plans aligned with both Apple’s and the carrier’s strategic objectives.
• Secure competitive positioning for Apple products across all market propositions.
• Design, negotiate and launch demand‑generation and promotional programmes.
• Analyse KPIs weekly and quarterly, lead business reviews and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Own commercial agreements, including negotiation and renewal.
• Monitor market trends and partner capabilities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise across Apple’s lines of business to drive results.

Required profile

• Consultative sales experience in consumer technology or telecommunications.
• Proven ability to balance short‑term targets with long‑term partner value.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative and critical‑thinking skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
