Client Advisor (Beauty)

About the role

As a Client Advisor in the Beauty department, you will represent Louis Vuitton and ensure every client receives the premium experience promised by the brand. You will discover client needs, guide them through the product range, and proactively build lasting relationships to meet individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and achieve personal and team sales objectives.
• Welcome each client and deliver exceptional service with deep product knowledge.
• Engage clients to develop long‑term confidence in Louis Vuitton products and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in all store activities that support overall goals.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant disposition.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning and a passion for luxury fashion.
• Adaptable, fast learner with a customer‑service mindset and initiative.
• Professional attitude combined with curiosity and empathy.
• Some experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Minimum GCE “A” levels or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language is a plus.
• Willingness to work retail operational hours.
