Client Training Specialist – Hotel Revenue Management (Mandarin)

About the role

We are looking for a Client Training Specialist who will deliver both on‑site and virtual training on the IDeaS revenue management suite to hotel clients. The role combines instructional delivery, system configuration assistance and ongoing consultancy, with a focus on Mandarin‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clear, concise face‑to‑face and remote training sessions using approved IDeaS materials.
• Configure IDeaS systems at client sites to maximise benefit and integration.
• Provide coaching, facilitation and post‑training support via Teams, Zoom or similar tools.
• Gather and process complex client requirements in real time across diverse cultures.
• Prepare detailed status and summary reports after each assignment.
• Identify additional training needs and contribute to the development of new training content.
• Deliver internal training to IDeaS staff and mentor new specialists.
• Demonstrate the solution at sales events, trade shows and client visits.
• Liaise with instructional design and LMS teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience in training or teaching groups.
• Fluent Mandarin (professional or native level) and strong business‑level English.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and within a team.
