About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator/Assistant to support our clinical project managers in the execution of pharmaceutical studies. This 1-year contract position is based in Singapore and offers exposure to GCP‑compliant trial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Clinical Project Managers with day‑to‑day trial administration.
- Maintain and organise the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) ensuring GCP compliance.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing and coordinate with external vendors.
- Arrange study logistics, meetings and training sessions.
- Update study trackers, prepare reports and manage trial documentation.
- Contribute to SOP updates and continuous process improvements.
Required profile
- Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (preferred).
- Fresh or entry‑level candidates; prior exposure to clinical trials or a CTA role is advantageous.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between SGD 5,000 and SGD 5,500.
