Cloud & AI Sales Assistant (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and organised Cloud & AI Sales Assistant to provide daily administrative and coordination support to our sales team in Singapore. The role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn about cloud computing, AI solutions and sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily sales administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports and other sales‑related documents.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders and related sales matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as technical, finance and operations to meet customer requirements.
• Arrange meetings, appointments and other business‑related activities for the sales team.
• Assist with customer communication, basic follow‑up and English‑Chinese translation when required.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records and related documentation.
• Prepare meeting notes and follow‑up action items.
• Use office software and AI tools to improve efficiency and support daily sales operations.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (no work pass sponsorship).
• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, business coordination or related roles.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Interest in cloud computing, AI or technology solutions is an advantage.
