Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

The SIT x NVIDIA AI Centre (SNAIC) is seeking a business-driven professional to lead industry partnerships and growth initiatives that expand the Centre's commercial and strategic footprint. The role identifies high-value collaboration opportunities, shapes business models for applied AI projects and secures funding or co-development commitments. It is a fixed-term position within the Research Division (Infocomm Technology), starting 27 February 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and engage industry, government and ecosystem partners for applied AI collaboration, and drive deals from discussion through to agreement while managing active partnership accounts and delivery milestones.
• Contribute to industry events, workshops, showcases and demos, and support partnership assets such as case studies, pitch decks, project proposals and success stories.
• Maintain a CRM pipeline of leads, partners, proposals and project statuses, and generate periodic dashboards and management reports on engagement performance and deal progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation projects or roles with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Working understanding of AI concepts, use cases and industry trends (Generative AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, Digital Twins).
• Exposure to NVIDIA's AI ecosystem (Omniverse, CUDA, DGX, NGC) is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Strong communication, relationship management, writing and presentation skills for proposals and pitch decks.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple partnership pipelines and reporting needs.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, dashboards and project tracking systems.
