Commercial Performance Manager

About the role

You will drive commercial performance across Singapore, ASEAN and Malaysia markets by turning data into actionable business strategies. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will lead performance analysis, reporting and strategic projects that shape the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on KPIs across commercial, client and product domains, providing a 360‑degree performance view.
• Lead digitalisation and automation of sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using tools such as Google Looker.
• Develop dashboards, performance‑management tools and governance routines for decision‑making.
• Prepare insight‑driven executive presentations for strategic reviews, HQ visits and partner discussions.
• Analyse initiative results, create feedback loops and recommend sales‑growth opportunities.
• Support the Commercial Director in embedding a robust commercial‑management practice.
• Consolidate commercial planning and forecasting across subsidiaries in partnership with Finance.
• Coordinate performance reviews and action‑plan execution across markets.
• Drive short‑, medium‑ and long‑term sales forecasts for retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels.
• Maintain and update the Commercial Network plan and contribute to the annual Market Action Plan.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural environments with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience translating data into business strategy.
