Commercial Training Executive

About the role

The Commercial Training Executive will drive capability‑building initiatives for Coca‑Cola’s Singapore Commercial team. Working closely with the Sales Capability Manager, you will translate business needs into practical classroom and digital learning solutions, ensuring frontline teams have the skills to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the Singapore Commercial Capability roadmap and learning priorities.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programmes, onboarding, refreshers and capability interventions.
• Develop structured learning pathways and practical materials such as facilitator guides, job aids, playbooks and digital modules.
• Translate commercial strategies and processes into engaging, frontline‑friendly content, using micro‑learning, videos, scenarios, quizzes and interactive formats.
• Conduct field visits to understand frontline needs, provide on‑the‑job coaching and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage training calendars, participant nominations, attendance records and programme logistics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external trainers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and budget compliance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to support capability development and translate business requirements into learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills to identify learning gaps and recommend interventions.
• Excellent project and programme management capabilities, including coordination of calendars, logistics and documentation.
• Experience working in a commercial or sales‑focused environment is preferred.
