About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee large‑scale construction projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall project plan, master schedule and cost control mechanisms.
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including manpower planning and construction progress monitoring.
- Identify and mitigate delays caused by weather, emergencies or other unforeseen events.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulatory authorities to resolve site issues.
- Implement safe, economical construction methodologies and enforce project standards.
Required profile
- Recognised degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project or site management.
- Experience on healthcare‑related construction projects is an advantage.
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with strong team spirit.
