Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations from mobilisation through handover. You will translate project drawings and specifications into practical execution plans and ensure that all construction activities run smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Convert design documents into site execution plans and coordinate work sequences across trades.
• Manage site resources – manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors – to maintain productivity.
• Monitor daily progress, address programme slippage, technical issues, and interface conflicts.
• Supervise subcontractors and specialist vendors, ensuring quality and compliance with deliverables.
• Lead coordination meetings with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Enforce site safety and quality standards in line with statutory requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to installation efficiency and waste reduction.
• Manage variations, assess cost implications, and support practical implementation.
• Develop the site team, providing direction to engineers, supervisors, and foremen.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction sites and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to solve technical and operational challenges on site.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
