Customer Care Specialist with Danish

About the role

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global business process outsourcing company, is hiring a Customer Care Specialist with Danish. You will provide customer care and support to care organizations so that tens of thousands of people can enjoy the freedom and peace of mind they deserve. You will handle support calls from care organization staff such as nurses, caregivers and system administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer support phone calls about medicine dispensing robots and the Telecare administrative system, helping callers use and refill robots, handle alarms and operate the system.
• Handle remote corrections and other background alarms, which are processed 24/7 to keep service running smoothly.
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to tier 2.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments.
• Document every call with the relevant information.

Required profile

• Degree (Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree) or relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Valid EU passport or working visa.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Danish.
• Ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
• Attention to detail and technical orientation to solve remote corrections.
• Problem-solving ability to find the root cause and give a complete solution at first contact.
• Empathy for a healthcare environment.
