Senior/Patient Service Associate - Call Centre Shared Services (Contract)

About the role

SingHealth is hiring a Senior/Patient Service Associate on a contract basis for its Call Centre Shared Services. The associate handles patient and public enquiries by phone, fax, email and other channels such as live chat and messaging, covering general enquiries and appointment-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to calls, faxes, emails and other interactions from patients, their families, the public, other government agencies, other public and private health institutions and SingHealth staff.
• Handle general enquiries and appointment-related matters.
• Assist with rescheduling and cancelling Radiology appointments.
• Review patients' appointments for Specialist Outpatient Clinic consults and route them to the relevant Central Appointment Call Centres.
• Handle and resolve complaints and feedback.
• Collect and collate call information and/or statistics where required.

Required profile

• At least Higher NITEC, NITEC, GCE N, O or A Levels.
• Prior experience in the service industry is an advantage.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to engage people over the phone in a courteous, timely and professional manner.
