Customer Experience Designer

About the role

EY is seeking a Customer Experience Designer to join its Wavespace ASEAN team. In this role you will design immersive, collaborative experiences—both virtual and in‑person—that help clients adopt new mindsets and tools. You will work across industries, guiding participants through transformation journeys that blend design thinking, behavioural science, and gamification.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation experiences using business design, behavioural science, gamification and other frameworks.
• Maintain a consistent Wavespace design experience by applying approved methodologies and best practices.
• Oversee technology, session design, and creative elements to meet client expectations.
• Plan, scope, design and deliver Wavespace sessions, including facilitation, logistics, technical setup and post‑session documentation.
• Provide direction and performance feedback to the production team.
• Collaborate with internal EY teams to embed Wavespace into growth plans and strengthen brand presence.
• Support pipeline development and deliver client results that influence sales.

Required profile

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with a passion for learning new techniques.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to quickly understand client objectives and translate them into engaging workshops.
• Experience using interactive technology and collaboration tools.
