Customer Experience Officer – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Customer Experience Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors at Singapore Pools retail branches, delivering a seamless and friendly experience while promoting the organisation's digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers at retail sales points, explaining Singapore Pools’ offerings and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Engage customers in campaign activities, such as educational sessions on horse wagering or outlet‑closure communications.
• Support divisional and corporate initiatives, including anti‑scam awareness and eKYC assistance during peak periods.
• Provide accurate information in both English and Chinese, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level/A‑Level/Diploma qualification with experience in hospitality, sales or customer‑service roles.
• Willingness to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and influencing abilities.
• Independent yet collaborative mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficient in English and Chinese for effective customer communication.
• Comfortable using digital applications and e‑KYC tools.
