Customer Service Executive – Tuition Centre

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for students and parents at our tuition centre. You will handle registrations, enquiries, payments and promote class packages while creating a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in visitors, answer phone and WhatsApp enquiries about courses, schedules and policies.
• Guide parents through registration, trial bookings and payment procedures; follow up on new leads.
• Explain tuition packages, promote courses, recommend suitable options and encourage enrolments or renewals.
• Assist with class scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations and coordinate make‑up lessons.
• Maintain accurate student records, enrolment information and fee status; prepare simple attendance and billing reports.
• Support teachers and supervisors with logistics, material preparation and centre upkeep.

Required profile

• Enjoy helping and communicating with parents and students.
• Comfortable sharing information on tuition packages and closing sales.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Friendly, reliable and eager to work in a supportive team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Basic data‑entry and report‑preparation abilities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary range SGD 2,200 – 3,000.
• Contract position (fixed‑term).
• Work schedule: 3 weekdays (12:00‑20:00) and 2 weekends (10:30‑19:30).
