Customer Service Representative – Beauty & Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused representative to be the face of our beauty and aesthetic clinic. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a warm welcome for visitors, manage enquiries across multiple channels, and support the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and attend to clients professionally upon arrival.
• Manage front‑desk duties including appointment scheduling, registration, and check‑in/check‑out.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email and other online platforms.
• Provide accurate information about treatments, services, promotions and clinic policies.
• Assist clients with booking and coordinating treatment schedules.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Support the clinic team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, enquiries and post‑treatment communications.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer‑service oriented with a genuine desire to help.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance and confidence when interacting with clients.

• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as required.
