About the role
TDCX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent support experiences across all communication channels. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide strategic solutions while ensuring high satisfaction and first‑contact resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
- Identify customer issues, research existing information and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure first‑contact resolution and follow up with service partners and internal teams to close cases according to service standards.
- Offer constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow and the customer experience.
- Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile and maintaining clear communication.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support the Quality Management System.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a contact‑centre or customer‑service environment.
- Strong time‑management, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (and the language of the supporting market).
- Effective listening, empathy and professional phone etiquette.
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems, with a willingness to learn new tools.
