About the role
The Customer Service Officer will act as the primary point of contact for clients across Cushman & Wakefield’s full range of real‑estate services. You will deliver high‑quality assistance, ensuring accurate information and a seamless experience for every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing consistent and accurate information.
- Communicate clearly, capture and address customer feedback, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain high service delivery standards while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform assigned administrative tasks and support ad‑hoc duties as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum O’ levels or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a contact‑centre environment is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑volume setting.
