About the role
EY is looking for an experienced Manager to lead and expand its Microsoft Security Services practice within the Cybersecurity Transformation service line. You will design, deliver and grow consulting services across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, helping clients achieve secure, resilient digital environments.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead engagements from pursuit through delivery.
- Design and implement Microsoft security solutions covering identity, endpoint, data, collaboration and AI security.
- Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction and long‑term partnership growth.
- Support business development, create proposals and develop reusable service assets.
- Lead, mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a collaborative high‑performance culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a manager in Microsoft security consulting.
- Strong client leadership, strategic thinking and business development capabilities.
- Ability to grow a practice while delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Required skills
- Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management, External Identities, Zero Trust.
- Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, MDM/MAM, Endpoint Compliance, Windows and macOS security.
- Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender Vulnerability Management.
- Microsoft Purview data classification, sensitivity labeling, auto‑labeling, DLP, endpoint DLP, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams DLP, insider risk management, adaptive protection, records management, data lifecycle management, data access governance, DSPM, information governance.
- Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive security.
- Microsoft Security Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent 365 governance, AI governance and AI risk management.
