Principal Solution Architect - IT Consulting

About the role

Permanent role offering exposure to a variety of projects within a technology and telecoms organisation based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align system architecture with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Oversee integration of new technologies into existing systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact and application.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, and technology leadership.
• Proven track record designing and delivering complex, large‑scale or mission‑critical software systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with public cloud, private cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Extensive experience defining architecture principles, engineering standards and technology governance.
