DevOps Engineer – CI/CD, Cloud & Container Automation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Singapore office. The role focuses on building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, cloud‑native platforms and secure delivery processes, working closely with development, security and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and automate deployments.
• Support enterprise DevOps tooling, reusable deployment templates and shared components.
• Manage release cycles across development, testing, staging and production environments, including rollback mechanisms.
• Build and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Integrate security controls, vulnerability scanning and compliance checks into pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Create scripts and automation tools (Shell, Python, Ansible) to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with development, testing, security, infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth releases and incident resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automating, deploying and managing scalable infrastructure.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, IaC and DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
