VP of Tech Expansion – Remote

About the role

Lead the global adoption and commercial expansion of Tether’s technology ecosystem, overseeing AI, self‑custodial, peer‑to‑peer and digital‑financial solutions. Report directly to the Chief Expansion Officer and travel internationally as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global expansion strategy for Tether’s technology ecosystem.
• Lead senior professionals and teams across AI, self‑custodial, peer‑to‑peer and digital‑financial verticals.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, government leaders and negotiate major partnerships.
• Translate market requirements into integrated solutions and oversee delivery from concept to scale.

Required profile

• 12+ years experience in enterprise technology, AI, fintech, digital infrastructure or related fields, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record of originating, structuring and closing large enterprise or government technology deals.
• Ability to engage C‑suite executives and government leaders worldwide.
• Experience developing global go‑to‑market strategies and managing international teams.
