DevOps Engineer – Fixed-Term (1 year)

About the role

Activate Interactive is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the GovTech Government Digital Transformation team supporting the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). This is a one‑year fixed‑term contract working on digital services such as Case Central, ComLink+, and early childhood programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment and production support.
• Investigate root causes of incidents, propose sustainable fixes and improve system reliability.
• Balance delivery speed with security, maintainability, cost and operational complexity.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions.
• Ensure engineering quality through testing, documentation, observability and security practices.
