Director, Business Development - Connectivity & Feeds APAC

About the role

ICE Data Services is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead the Connectivity & Feeds portfolio across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for the ICE Global Network (IGN) and Consolidated Feeds, partnering with internal teams and external clients to drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and relationship‑management teams to identify revenue and cross‑selling opportunities across ICE’s service suite.
• Articulate product capabilities, content coverage, and delivery options for IGN and Consolidated Feeds to prospects and clients.
• Identify and pursue new distribution channels for real‑time market data among banks, asset managers, hedge funds, ISVs, and redistributors.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, including competitive positioning against direct exchange feeds.
• Contribute to product development and regional strategy by providing market intelligence and client requirements.
• Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and licensing models, assessing commercial impact.
• Represent ICE Data Services at industry events and maintain a visible professional presence.
• Travel regularly throughout APAC to build and deepen client relationships.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience with a network/hosting provider, market‑data vendor, ISV, redistributor, or financial institution.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of APAC market structure, client needs, and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and drive revenue growth.
