Strategic DNB Hunter Account Executive (Greater China)

About the role

Databricks is looking for a Strategic DNB Hunter Account Executive to acquire key strategic digital-native enterprises in the Greater China region. The role reports to the Director of Sales, Greater China and is based in Singapore. The person will sell innovation and change, understand products deeply and communicate their value to customers and partners, closing new accounts and growing business in existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers
• Assess existing customers and develop a strategy to engage all buying centers
• Use a solution approach to sell and create value for customers
• Identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximize Databricks' impact
• Work with teams to maximize the impact of the Databricks ecosystem across the territory
• Build value in engagements to promote successful negotiations and close
• Promote the Databricks enterprise cloud data platform and deliver technical and business results

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers
• Proven success in Digital Native Sales roles, ideally in Big Data, Cloud or SaaS technology
• Proven success and upward trajectory in previous roles

Required skills

• Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger Sale)
• Ability to explain complex cloud and big data technologies and their business value clearly
