Director of Sales (SMB/MM) – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales (SMB/MM) to lead our Singapore team. In this hands‑on position you will manage Account Executives and Account Managers, drive revenue growth and ensure we exceed our Annual Recurring Revenue targets across small‑medium and mid‑market customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to achieve KPIs and ARR goals.
• Conduct daily stand‑ups, weekly pipeline reviews and detailed sales statistics analysis.
• Tag into deals, guide negotiations and close opportunities to generate revenue.
• Collaborate with the Area Director on sales strategy, KPI performance and process improvement.
• Partner with People Operations on hiring, career development and performance management.
• Run role‑play drills and interview candidates to build a world‑class sales organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of SMB or Mid‑Market sales experience.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience in the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
• Familiarity with IT, security or cybersecurity markets is desirable.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
• Proficiency with Gmail and Google Workspace.
