Early Careers Recruiter

About the role

ActAI is looking for an Early Careers Recruiter to support end‑to‑end hiring for product, engineering, and business positions. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone at the start of their recruiting career who wants to learn high‑quality technical hiring in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit, motivation, and communication skills.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate data accurate and up‑to‑date in the ATS.
• Support recruiting projects, process improvements, employer branding, and candidate experience initiatives.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, learning‑oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
