Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract both licensed and unlicensed insurance agent candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with agency leadership.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates and follow up with prospects.

Required profile

• Former insurance agents are welcome to apply.
• Experience in recruitment and proficiency with recruitment platforms.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
