Economics Advisory Manager

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager for its Economics Advisory practice in Singapore. You will lead engagement teams, delivering high‑quality economic analysis that helps government and private‑sector clients navigate complex policy, market and regulatory challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic economic advice, leveraging deep knowledge of economic trends and industry dynamics.
• Structure workstreams, guide problem‑solving, and ensure quality control of junior team outputs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, prepare economic reports, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Maintain team well‑being, promote collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and enhance economic models and databases.
• Stay updated on the latest economic research and methodologies.
• Support business development by leading proposal development.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Degree in economics (minimum 2:1) from a reputable university; a master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or a government setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
