Engineer, Process Integration

About the role

Micron is seeking a Process Integration Module Engineer to drive yield, quality, and output improvements for its NAND Flash production line. You will work within a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze process experiments to enhance fab yield and quality.
• Partner with Yield Engineering, Process Quality Assurance, and production teams to investigate and resolve yield and quality issues.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional groups (PIE, Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, TD) to align processes across modules and sister fabs.
• Collect and interpret complex data to optimize fab operations and forecast yield trends.
• Lead cross‑area engineering teams and engage global partners on module‑related topics.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and impact in previous roles.
