About the role
Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Technician to operate and maintain Diamond Turning machines in its Singapore manufacturing facility. The role involves daily machine setup, monitoring output, and collaborating with shift teams.
Key responsibilities
- Operate Diamond Turning machine and record daily output data.
- Set up machines during part changeovers and ensure they are warmed up before shift start.
- Troubleshoot issues, report scrap or technical problems, and inform leader of machine faults.
- Attend daily morning briefings, provide status updates, and communicate handover information to other shift staff.
Required profile
- GCE ‘O’ Level or Technical Certificate and above.
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform machine set‑up and work both independently and as a team player.
- Willingness to work shift patterns when required.
