직무 소개
UPS의 Enterprise Account Manager는 지정된 대기업 고객과의 관계를 관리하며 신규 비즈니스를 창출합니다. 물류·운송 포트폴리오 전반에 걸쳐 매출 목표를 달성하고 고객 가치를 극대화합니다.
주요 업무
- Freight, Package, Forwarding, Distribution 등 UPS 제품·서비스의 영업 및 서비스 활동을 총괄
- 계약 이행 및 갱신 절차를 관리하고 계약 조건을 준수하도록 조정
- 고객 계정 데이터와 실적을 모니터링하여 매출 목표 대비 성과를 분석
- 경쟁사 동향을 파악해 영업 전략 및 솔루션을 개발
- 고객 조직 내 주요 의사결정자를 발굴·관계 구축
- 내부 이해관계자와 협업해 계정 유지·확장·신규 확보 전략을 수립
지원 자격
- 공급망관리·물류·마케팅·경영 등 관련 분야 학사 이상(석사·MBA 우대)
- 현장 영업 분야 7~10년 경력
- 생명과학·의료기기·제약 분야 경험 및 GMP·GSP·GDP 지식 보유자 우대
- 헬스케어 규제·서비스 경험자 선호
- ISO 13485(2003) 인증에 대한 이해
- 매출 목표 초과 달성 실적 보유
- 업무상 출장이 필요함
필수 역량
- GMP, GSP, GDP에 대한 실무 지식
- 3PL·4PL 물류 모델 이해
- ISO 13485 표준에 대한 숙련도
- 복합적인 계약·협상 능력
- 고객 데이터 분석 및 보고 역량
