Entry Level Events Marketing Associate

About the role

Excelsior Marketing is looking for a full‑time Entry Level Events Marketing Associate to join our Singapore office. You will support the planning, execution, and post‑event follow‑up for client events, working closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver engaging and seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end‑to‑end planning of client events, including logistics, venue selection, and vendor coordination.
• Support on‑site event execution, ensuring timelines are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Gather post‑event feedback, compile reports, and help identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align event messaging with brand objectives.
• Maintain event documentation and budgets, tracking expenses against forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for events and willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
