Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing team in Singapore. You will be responsible for keeping critical electro‑mechanical tools operating reliably, supporting the production of advanced memory and storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor tool performance and schedule preventative maintenance for assigned equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose non‑functioning equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and re‑assemble tools using blueprints, manuals, or sketches.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to conduct equipment check‑outs and rebuilds as needed.
• Implement AI‑assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with shift operations, equipment engineers, and vendors on equipment modifications.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic preferred).
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.
