Executive Search Consultant – Front‑Office Financial Markets

About the role

Webbe International (Asia) is seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join its front‑office search practice. The role focuses on sourcing and placing senior talent across equities, fixed income, commodities, macro, alternative investments, investment banking and private wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end executive search mandates for front‑office financial market positions.
• Source, engage and advise high‑calibre candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct structured, in‑depth interviews and assessments.
• Partner with client firms to understand hiring needs, market conditions and talent strategies.
• Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes in a performance‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in sales or revenue‑driven roles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, organised and accountable, comfortable working independently.
• Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Required skills

• Direct sales experience.
