Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Tech Recruitment (12‑month contract)

About the role

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and engage top‑tier technology talent. You will focus on the early stages of the recruitment lifecycle, building pipelines for critical tech roles and supporting the agency’s mission of building technology for the public good.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for specialized tech positions such as software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and cloud architecture.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to understand talent landscapes and identify emerging pools.
• Craft outreach messages and engage candidates across multiple channels, communicating GovTech’s value proposition.
• Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to translate role requirements into effective sourcing plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and systems using data‑driven insights.
• Act as an ambassador for GovTech, promoting its culture, values, and impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of various tech domains and roles.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop creative, data‑driven sourcing solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
