About the role
We are looking for a proactive, people‑oriented Technical Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for technology and business hiring needs in our Singapore office. You will source talent, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, market trends, and hiring plans.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote bias‑aware hiring practices.
- Utilize ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruitment tools to track candidates and workflows.
- Collaborate with recruitment operations, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to improve processes.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and market insights for data‑driven decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Analytical mindset with interest in recruitment data and process improvement.
