Executive Talent Researcher

About the role

Cisco's Global Executive Talent Acquisition team is looking for an Executive Talent Researcher in Singapore. You will help grow the executive recruiting lifecycle by partnering with regional HR leaders, recruiting counterparts and executive stakeholders to shape succession planning and build talent pipelines in the APJC region. You will own high-priority executive-level projects, optimize cross-functional workflows and use AI-enhanced research methods to identify talent and package insights for C-level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable research pipelines and frameworks using AI-powered tools and methodologies.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with recruiters across engineering, sales/marketing, CX/operations and corporate functions, and act as a bridge between executive leadership and functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional research initiatives from ideation to execution, developing project timelines and coordinating stakeholder input.
• Synthesize complex data into clear findings and recommendations for C-level stakeholders.
• Improve research processes and tools, and identify emerging tools, methodologies and technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in executive research, sourcing or talent acquisition, with a track record of building and scaling research pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience identifying and engaging talent in the APJC region.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced research tools, data analysis platforms, market mapping methodologies and project management systems.
• Experience with AI-enhanced research platforms or tools.
• Preferred: comfort working independently in a virtual, fast-paced environment and hands-on experience with AI-powered tools.
