Executive Telesales

About the role

The Executive Telesales position is a 1‑year fixed‑term role based in Balestier, Singapore. You will focus on outbound sales, nurture customer relationships, and support inbound order processing for a pharmaceutical portfolio. The role offers a base salary plus commission and comprehensive onboarding training.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by making outbound calls to promote and sell pharmaceutical products and services to target customers.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and ensure accurate, timely order processing through responsive inbound call handling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while keeping CRM records up‑to‑date.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales team targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• O‑Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role.
• Background in customer service or sales support within a related industry.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
