Senior Beauty Consultant – Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

The Senior Beauty Consultant will deliver high‑quality client experiences in an aesthetic clinic, providing professional consultations, treatment recommendations and product advice while supporting daily clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and products.
• Drive individual and team sales performance through effective consultations, follow‑ups and client relationship management.
• Manage client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and in‑clinic communication, and handle feedback or escalations.
• Support daily clinic operations, including client flow, appointment coordination and service quality.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists and the clinic team to ensure a seamless client journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic, medical aesthetics, beauty or skincare.
• Proven sales and client‑consultation experience, preferably in a clinic setting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Singapore citizen or permanent resident preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic computer applications.
