About the role
The F&B Captain will lead the front‑of‑house team at Paiza Club, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. This role combines guest interaction, staff coordination, and operational oversight in a high‑end restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Escort guests to their seats and provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Assist staff with table preparation, equipment handling and set‑up.
- Manage telephone enquiries, reservations and direct guests to appropriate tables, balancing seating across the floor.
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve any issues.
- Perform cashier duties when required.
- Supervise servers to maintain consistent service standards.
- Support the Assistant Manager in achieving departmental goals and KPIs.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food & beverage.
- Completed food safety and leadership training.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and public holidays.
